Case Management
The main part of case management is for a case manager to come out to the seniors home and assess what services they may be eligible for based on their situation (i.e. home delivered meals, chore services, in home care, transportation services etc.) Call 708-383-8060 if you need help determining what services you need.
Protective Services
Adult Protective Services is a small, but of course important, part of case management services. Adult Protective Services (APS) APS works to prevent abuse, neglect and financial exploitation of senior citizens and people with disabilities aged 18-59 living in our community. Money Management Services
For those older adults that need assistance paying bills, sorting mail, balancing their checkbook and more. Free for those that meet the income guidelines, there is also assistance for those who can pay privately. Find out more about Money Management here or call 708-383-8060.
