Cab Coupon Program
for Seniors (60+) and
those with Disabilities
River Forest Township sponsors a Cab Coupon Program for River Forest residents who are seniors (age 60+) or disabled.
Coupon books containing ten (10) $1.00 coupons can be purchased for the price of $6.00. A maximum of 4 books per month can be purchased.
Cab coupons are redeemable with Blue Cab only.
Proof of age and residence are required with photo ID. Proof of disability is required with RTA card, Social Security or Medicare information, veteran’s validation or physician’s validation.
Coupon books can be purchased in person at:
River Forest Township (located at the River Forest Community Center), 8020 Madison Street (corner of Madison and Thatcher), River Forest. Monday – Friday, 8 am – 8 pm.
River Forest Village Hall, 400 Park Avenue, River Forest during Village Hall hours. Please pay with cash, check or Visa/Mastercard.
Coupon books can also be purchased by mail.
