Temporary Handicapped Parking Placard
Residents of River Forest with a temporary disability may apply for a temporary placard valid for a maximum of 90 days. Persons with a permanent disability must apply directly with the Illinois Secretary of State.
Applications for both permanent and temporary placards are available:
River Forest Township office (8020 Madison)
River Forest Village Hall (400 Park Ave)
or by calling (708) 366-2029 ext. 11.
To submit your application, please have your physician fill out this form and bring an ID.
